Licensor observed open wiring near front entry / exit door Licensor observed cord near 2nd exit fence area in back near other working items accessible to children. Licensor observed a hole big enough to cause a trip hazard on ground near left side of stairs at entrance of deck and grass. Licensor observed bags or other plastics accessible in cubbies, undersink in bathroom, around diapers in diaper changing area accessible to children.
